The ipostation Research Desk

ipostation’s IPO data and research is produced by the ipostation Research Desk — a small, sources-first IPO data & research desk. This page explains who stands behind the numbers and the standards we hold them to.

The desk’s job is narrow and deliberate: gather Indian Mainboard and SME IPO data from primary sources, keep it fresh, and present it cleanly — without the clutter, pop-ups and stale tables that define the older IPO sites. We track grey-market premium, subscription, allotment schedules and listing performance for every IPO on NSE and BSE.

We deliberately do not publish price targets or subscribe/avoid verdicts. ipostation is a research and data utility, not an advisory. For exactly how each number is sourced and how often it updates, see our data methodology, and for the limits of grey-market data, our disclaimer.

Primary sources, always

Every figure traces to an exchange feed (NSE/BSE), a SEBI filing, a registrar page or the BSE bhavcopy. Grey-market premium is the one exception — it is clearly labelled unofficial wherever it appears.

Data over opinion

We publish IPO facts — price band, lot size, subscription, GMP, allotment dates and listing performance — not buy/sell calls. Nothing on ipostation is investment advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered advisor.

Machine-updated, human-reviewed

Numbers refresh automatically on a schedule (GMP through market hours, subscription during bidding, listing on listing day). The desk reviews sourcing, methodology and edge cases — it does not hand-enter live prices.

Corrections in the open

If a figure is wrong, tell us and we fix it fast. Data errors are corrected at the source so they propagate everywhere the number appears.
